TO HAVE YOUR ORDER BY CHRISTMAS, YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 12PM EST ON DECEMBER 15TH TO ENSURE DELIVERY.

EXPRESS/SECOND DAY DELIVERY – $20

WE OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS.  YOUR ORDER MUST REACH US BY 2 P.M. (EASTERN TIME). IT WILL NORMALLY BE DELIVERED WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS.  TO HAVE YOUR ORDER BY CHRISTMAS, YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 12PM EST ON DECEMBER 21ST TO ENSURE DELIVERY.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY – $35

YOUR ORDER MUST REACH US BY 2 P.M. (EASTERN TIME). IT WILL NORMALLY BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY.  TO HAVE YOUR ORDER BY CHRISTMAS, YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 10AM EST ON DECEMBER 23RD TO ENSURE DELIVERY.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

SHIPPING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON:

NEW YEARS EVE, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31ST

NEW YEARS DAY, THURSDAY, JANUARY 1ST

ONCE WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH SHIPPING DETAILS AND A FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER. FOLLOW THE LINK IN THE EMAIL TO CHECK THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL OF YOUR ORDER.

YOU, OR AN AUTHORIZED PERSON, MUST SIGN FOR YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL. THIS ENSURES YOUR PURCHASES ARE SAFELY DELIVERED TO YOU. IF YOU ARE UNAVAILABLE WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES, FEDEX WILL LEAVE A RE-DELIVERY SLIP.

WE CANNOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES, APO/FPO ADDRESSES OR A HOTEL OR MOTEL ADDRESS.

RETURNS

YOU MAY RETURN ANY PRODUCT ORDERED ON THE MODAFIRENZE.COM WEBSITE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE. RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING, IF POSSIBLE, THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY BOX). THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN.

IF YOU RECEIVED AN ITEM AS A GIFT FROM MODAFIRENZE.COM, YOU MAY EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF DELIVERY.
